I’m sure you’ve heard the notorious saying, “Like our page for a chance to win … blah blah blah” … What makes these successful? Are they all successful or JUST SOME? … the answer is JUST SOME! You must a catchy storyline that matches your prize. In PR, we’re all about “stories” … If you have a story to tell, let us know via the contact page on Manifest Your Dreams Publicity. In the meantime, stay tuned … Its more than just a story. it’s a story that resonates with your audience, is memorable and matches your prize (the prize you’re giving away). We’ll give you an example.

Contests are highly successful because in the eyes of participants, they have a chance to obtain free stuff (the prize). Moreover, you can use absolutely anything as a prize. For example, a friend a mine went to www.qualitylogoproducts.com/ball-stress.htm and bought a dozen stress balls imprinted with silly sayings to give away as prizes. Participants in his contest loved it!”

What they did was gave away silly balls at 100, 300, 500, 1000, etc. Likes for their Facebook Fanpage. (choose your own PR plan). The outcome was insatiable nonetheless.

You’ll be amazed by the amount of attention and engagement your page generates if you just generate a “storyline” around the contest such as something catchy like, “Laugh your balls off”. Yes! sometimes controversy works for the good! If it has a “dirty” appeal, people will like it, and if the balls you’re giving away each have a silly saying it goes right in line with what you’re offering.

“Laugh Your Balls Off” … Now, that’s GOOD PR! Thank Mr. Curt Bizelli for coming up with that one because the company who did this was one of Dreams Publicity’s clients.  ;-) You can do it too. If you can’t come up with your own, don’t be afraid to copy off of others. ITS OKAY!
